Rental Returns

All rental items must be returned in the same condition as received. Our team will inspect items upon return to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Return Schedule

Return dates and times will be specified in your rental agreement. We offer flexible return options to accommodate your event schedule.

Damage and Loss

Renters are responsible for any damage or loss of rental items. Charges for repair or replacement will be assessed based on the extent of damage.

Cancellation Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by package type:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event: Full refund minus processing fee
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before the event: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: No refund

Refund Processing

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Early Returns

Early returns do not qualify for partial refunds. Rental fees are based on the agreed rental period.
